The Take Five Training Academy (TFTA) provides a variety of workforce development, and training programs that offer individuals the tools to succeed by providing skills and customer service training.

During the 3-week program that has been designed in partnership with workforce development, trainees gain a broad understanding of dietary needs, food, beverage and coffee product knowledge, technical skills in table service and the POS system, as well as skills on how to prepare an amazing cup of coffee.

Successful participants can gain the following certificates:

ServSafe Food Handler, Allergy Training, Online Barista, TIPS, TripAdvisor, Blue Flag

Take Five Limited (also known as the Buzz Group, Devil’s Isle and Village Pantry) is driven to close the gap between demand and supply of trained and passionate industry professionals within the Hospitality industry. A new Training Academy in partnership with Workforce Development is being designed.

‘Pursuing a career in one of our restaurants opens the door to the world, as every country in the world has a hospitality industry and the skills individuals learn here are readily transferable, meaning a career in hospitality can very easily be the key to discovering new countries.
